The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention,Prohibition and Redressal) Rules, 2013 has been notified and came into effect from 9 th December 2013.

Now both the Act and the Rule have to be read together and applied.

• PRIA offers support to organisations interested in drawing up a policy for the prevention of sexual harassment in their organisation.

•  It also provides capacity building for employees and Committee members.

•  PRIA can also provide support as a third party to Committees.
