Why are organisations reluctant to address the issue of sexual harassment?

Sexual harassment or allegations of it are between two individuals, the organisation has no role to play

Hello everyone,

Given the sudden spurt in reported cases of sexual harassment within the workplace and the possibility of a new Bill to deal with it, we would like to understand how organisations perceive this issue.

Do get back to us with your opinions, insights and suggestions on how we can change the mindsets of organisations
